This was our Valentine getaway a little late. The lobby is lovely with a big stone fireplace. The receptionist was very helpful. I enjoyed a message and we had a nice dinner. I got to go in both hot tubs. My husband forgot to pack his swimsuit and they were out of men’s at the spa.The information in the room failed to mention that you can tour Bonneville Dam

So happy to discover this place. It's a great escape from our busy lives and we just love the spa on site. We booked a king room with hot tub and forest view and loved being able to soak on our private deck with incredible fall foliage views. The rooms are good but could be improved, thus the 4 star rating. The balcony is very large and it would be nice to have some lounge furniture outside as well as the small table and chairs. Given that we had booked a hot tub room, we expected to have additional towels but were only provided 3 bath towels for two people. Additionally, their linens could be improved - towels, robes, etc. are all a bit cheap in regards to quality. Lastly, there is plenty of room in the bathroom for a double sink and a much nicer shower situation. The cheap shower install caused water spray all over the bathroom floor and no bath mat was provided. These small details matter for the overall luxury experience. However, the service from everyone on site was wonderful. We had a 90 minute couple's massage which was heavenly and enjoyed dining in the bar and the on site restaurant. We will definitely be back again someday soon!

I went with my mom and sister for Valentine’s weekend and was thrilled that this is where we went. The forests and hikes are all around, including a trailhead that starts behind the main building and connects to the PCT: well-maintained yet remote trails allow you to connect with serenity. The Serenity Spa inside the resort is lovely and healing, meeting all the of our range of needs. The staff in both the spa and the hotel are friendly, thoughtful and listen. Even though the resort was fully booked, it remained quiet and spacious-feeling. I am now planning on coming back again soon for more day trip Soak & Wraps, hikes and delicious food at the restaurant!

I love this place. Been going here since I was a kid- so many memories. I LOVE the pool. I also like the hot tub outside better than the one inside, I go back and forth between that and the cold plunge. Their dinner was AMAZING- no complaints. I also slept very well in our suite. We were there for superbowl Sunday so it was a little busier than usual but I kind of like when there’s more people (less lonely) because it does feel like a little getaway to the middle of nowhere.

Best hot spring near Portland. (New, clean, social + private) Best solo vacation spot ever. Spa, restaurant and bar are great! Mini fridge in the room. No need to leave. I got a king with a private hot spring spa, it was perfect. The tub on the porch was totally private, the view was a beautiful wooded hillside. The room furnishings were perfect. Simple, clean, very very comfortable. Also well thought out, four pillows, a body pillow, a light down and a thick fuzzy throw blanket. Thick spa robes. Personally, I would like to thank whoever bought and reopened this place. It's truly a gift to the people of the Pacific Northwest.

We spent three days two nights in a King Room with the forest view and a private hot tub. Absolutely amazing. You feel welcomed the moment you arrive to when you check out. There was not one person we encountered that was not proud to be part of the resort and that definitely shined in the customer service. We had two massages and two facials, dinners and lunches…..you will seriously enjoy being pampered by an excellent staff and spa culture. The resort grounds are beautiful with lots of things to do. Bonneville is definitely a place we will be returning to often.

Bonneville Hot Springs is an excellent getaway destination with very nice staff and great facilities. This was my first visit there and I was quite impressed. However, my one hour couples massage that I had booked a month in advance was abruptly cancelled the night before as we ate dinner there. Since we were only there for the weekend, they could not accommodate a rebooking during that time. Quite disappointing. Our room was clean and quite nice but absolutely NO USB plug-ins anywhere so bring your "bricks". The hot tub on our deck was great and private. Two bathrobes are provided in each room but they are not exactly a universal fit so you may want to "bring your own" or just go without. The food in the restaurant was excellent but overpriced. The servers were very friendly and professional. If they have the seafood chowder on the menu, get it! The breakfast menu does not have a big selection BUT the the portions are enormous. A couple can easily split one menu item and feel satisfied. Overall, not sure if I would return.

Great getaway. Food at the restraunt was delicious. Pools were nice, clean and hot Beatuful landscape. Only complaint is poor water pressure and our outdoor TV didnt work which we were looking forward to using for a family movie night. Otherwise, we had a great time and the hot tub on the balcony was the best
